Who Will Not Be Forgiven?

In Matthew 12:31 Jesus makes an interesting statement. He says that every sin and blasphemy can be forgiven men, but blasphemy against the Spirit shall not and cannot be forgiven. Again in verse 32... Whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but whoever speaks against the Spirit, the Holy One, will not be forgiven , either in this world and age or in the world and age to come.

If we keep this in context with the previous verses, we can see that Jesus is referring to those that are accusing Him of driving out demons with the help of Beelzebub. In short, they are calling the Holy Spirit the devil. There is no repentance or remorse within them. They have totally rejected the Spirit of God. They are not even concerned that they have done so! If one is worried that they might have blasphemed the Spirit then they probably haven't.
